What to do this summer in Saint-Brieuc

This summer, head for Saint-Brieuc in the Côtes d'Armor for a stay in the great outdoors between swimming, festivities for the whole family and walks in the sun!

A summer of beaches, festivals and walks

Swimming in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to swimming in the clear waters of the bay!

Our favourite beach is 10 minutes drive from Saint-Brieuc: the Rosaires beach. It is 2 km long and is the best spot for water sports, picnics and naps in the sun.

Also succumb to the charms of Martin-plage, a small wild and confidential cove.

📍 Addresses:
  • Plage des Rosaires, Avenue des Rosaires, 22 190 Plérin
  • Martin-plage, Rue Port Martin, 22 190 Plérin

Vibrate to the rhythm of parties and festivals for the whole family

Summer will be lively in Saint-Brieuc and its surroundings!

Here is a foretaste of the summer programme:
8 and 9 July: Bulles à Croquer Festival. A festival dedicated to comics which offers demonstrations, animations and meetings with authors.

It takes place in the centre of Saint-Brieuc, on the Port du Légué.
Free of charge.

28 to 30 July: Binic Folks Blues Festival. This music festival takes place in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer, 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc.

Two stages await you, including one on the beach! On the programme: folk, blues, rock, punk... with a view of the sea please!

5 and 6 August: Fête des Tisserands in Quintin. For two days, this small town of character, 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc, reconnects with its past.

Indeed, from 1650 to 1830, it was renowned for the quality of its linen fabrics. A craftsmen's market, shows and other activities await you.
Free of charge.

Stroll around the port of Le Légué

An emblematic marina with its pretty coloured houses, the Port du Légué is one of the must-sees on any visit to Saint-Brieuc.

In fine weather, it is the ideal place to sip a drink on the terrace while admiring the many boats moored at the quay. You can also fill your basket with cheeses and other local products in the small shops nearby.

The port is a 5-minute drive from the city centre, but we recommend a pleasant 20-minute walk.

Your stay in the centre of Saint-Brieuc
