Since its creation in 2000, Biscuiterie Brieuc, located 9 km from the Hôtel Le Duguesclin*** in Saint-Brieuc, has been showcasing Breton specialties: biscuits, terrines, jams, etc.

The tour takes you through the different stages of production, from the rigorous selection of raw materials to the finished product, ready to be tasted.
You will discover the secrets of making the essential Breton biscuits, such as Breton palets, buckwheat shortbread or the famous kouign-amann.
You will also have the chance to watch the preparation of salted butter caramel cream with Guérande salt, a must for gourmets!
