For your seminars or business meetings, the Best Western Hôtel Le Duguesclin offers 3 rooms ranging in size from 32 to 100sqm and with a capacity ranging from 5 to 80 persons. They can be arranged to meet your needs (Theatre, U, Class or Workgroup). You will have at your disposal all the equipment that is necessary for the success of your event: free Wi-Fi connection, several extension cables, video projector, screen, paperboard, mineral water and a sound system available upon request.

Put work aside to savour a delicious lunch. For your seminar meal, trust the hotel’s restaurant “Les Relais d’Alsace”. This Master restorer proposes a Homemade cuisine adapted to any kind of occasions. Seminar packages have been specially designed, with Tavern and Relais menus available. Gourmet breaks

If you would like to make little “snack” breaks during your seminar, whether in the mid-morning or in the afternoon, we will be delighted to organize everything for you. For this, we suggest different salty and sweet formulas for the pleasure of everyone. Assortments of Viennese and other pastries, cold meats and drinks (hot/cold, alcoholic or not) will be waiting for you! The Express formula is perfect for a quick break. If you feel like eating sweet food, opt for the Classiques and Gourmandes formulas. If you are rather salty, the Prestiges formulas will delight your taste buds!
